From Ocean to Global Markets
Sourcing
We track landings and availability at Veraval and other landing centres and match them to the buyer’s specification — species, size grade, form and quantity — before recommending a source.
Supplier Verification
Processing plants are assessed for their facilities, hygiene practices, capacity and track record. We place orders only with suppliers we are confident can deliver to specification.
Quality Inspection
Raw material is inspected at receiving for freshness, appearance, odour and size before it goes into processing. Non-conforming material is rejected at this stage.
Processing & Grading
Our team supervises cleaning, cutting, grading and freezing — whole, HGT, fillets, rings or cleaned — and checks counts and sizes against the agreed specification.
Packaging
Products are packed in the agreed format — block frozen or IQF, bag and master carton sizes, glazing percentage and labelling — and weights are verified.
Documentation
We coordinate the export documents the shipment needs — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate and any destination-specific documents.
Shipment Coordination
Reefer containers are booked and pre-cooled, loading is supervised and photographed, and seals and temperatures are recorded before dispatch to port.
Global Delivery
We share shipping documents and tracking updates and stay available to the buyer until the container is cleared at destination.
